Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was great, the dolly for transporting the car was great no issues with that. The issue was with the personal when you have to check in with someone. When we dis the gentlemen was very rude and acted that we were an inconvenience to him. We asked what we needed to do and he was very snappy and just out right rude. We understand you only go through self self but theor personal need to be respectful of people
Joshua DGot to the location to pick up the truck in which it was not there. Gentleman that we first spoke to was extremely rude about it when I asked what do we do now and he directed us to the 800 number and walked away so we called the 800 number was on hold for 20 minutes And they were trying to figure out where our truck was. Our truck was returned. We picked it up at 10:30 which was an hour later than what we were supposed to had no appliance dolly that we rented. Overall experience very stressful.
Carrie BWhen we picked up the truck, we had to do so at a location we didn't choose as the one we selected had no trucks. When I asked, the woman on the phone said they only had 2 larger trucks and both had reservations. She couldn't tell me why my reservation didn't guarantee me a truck. The pickup location were we ended up was very smooth and professional. However, the truck was sandy, dirty, and had dead leaves in the back. The cab had dirty seats and smelled of smoke.
Eileen RI relly enjoyed my experience! With it being my frist time, the site worker was super helpful in explaining everything to me and answering all my questions! I even called back to this cite and he was beyond helpful when I was lost in Grand Rapids.
