Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSometimes I have didn’t connect with the photos so that’s a technical error. Similar a lot of technical errors with the app, especially when I went to go pick up the U-Haul. Thank God there is a phone number you can call to talk to a real person! Never get rid of that!
Amanda KThe Girl that helped me went out of her way to help me ! The truck was an older model I would not have felt safe driving it long distances and was not cleaned very well by the former user.
Thomas HTrucks have seen better days. Fine for in town but if you needed to go far I’d recommend a different location.
Monte RThe place to pick up keys is distant from the door. Hard to see it in the dark bc no lighting. The local after hours number to call is out of service. The app sucks ass. Continually stopped working mid checkin or return. Would crash or lead me to loop through coverage I declined over and over. The national help line hung up on me before I could complete the process. Overall, even 1 star is too many. I was, and remain, very frustrated by the experience.
