The place to pick up keys is distant from the door. Hard to see it in the dark bc no lighting. The local after hours number to call is out of service. The app sucks ass. Continually stopped working mid checkin or return. Would crash or lead me to loop through coverage I declined over and over. The national help line hung up on me before I could complete the process. Overall, even 1 star is too many. I was, and remain, very frustrated by the experience.

Was unable to “pick up my truck” on the website/app. Spent over an hour troubleshooting before someone was able to help me via the “chat”. Delayed my whole day/move. Giving 2 stars because it is a quick and smooth process once you’re able to select “pick up my truck”.

Maya JCheck-in was a bit slow and clunky. The van leaked and our possessions got really wet with rain. The experience was otherwise fine, but it is really unacceptable that our things got soaked.
