All went well. However, there was a bit of confusion between the person who helped me book the truck (Leslie was fantastic) for the period of time and the person at the departure location. Decreased the time. Perhaps it had something to do with the drop off destination. Not sure. Thanks. Overall everything went well.

DIANE LCheck in was extremely slow and they were helping customers at the register while trying to check us in
Hollace KIn person staff was great! No notes. The app just did not want to work. Every time I would try and upload photos or enter in information, the page would refresh and the app would say I have no reservations now. The taking pictures to show off the van was also a hassle after I switched over to my browser, as it would take 5 minutes to upload before saying "there's been an error!". If you can be more clear about what you want in the picture so it uploads easier.
Nicholas GThe location for pick up did a good job. The Uhaul companies booking website gets ZERO stars. What a nightmare!
