The ratchet on the dolly right side did not work. Had to stop 15 times to put strap back on tire. UNSAFE

I called the office to let them know I’d be about 5 minutes late to return their vehicle. Turns out I was almost 10 minutes late due to traffic. I am very pleased with my treatment and their equipment. Very satisfied. I will be returning every time I need a rental.
Sateki LWas told I could get a discount on my rental if I returned it to the same location but was not told what time. Then was charged $300 more after returning the truck when I was told I would not be charged. Also, can’t talk with anyone at this location as each time I have called, I have not been able to talk with anybody and not sure if anyone answered the phone or it just went to voicemail.
Lester BI do not want to download an app or make an account to return after hours. $20 for the privilege to not do so is theft
Zachary BI was never called and contacted that the truck was not at the location that I booked it for (which is one minute from where I moved out of). So I went to the location I booked at, waited in line for almost an HOUR just to find out my reservation had been moved without contacting me!! I literally cried at the UHAUL office in Bountiful because I had been dropped off and now I had to call my parents to come pick me up and my entire move was delayed due to your mistake. All you had to do was communicate with me and you could not even do that. It was an absolutely terrible experience and your customer service is abysmal. Will not be using UHAUL ever again. You ruined my entire move.
