I absolutely LOVED the service provided by Sondra. She's amazing
KENNETH BI got a vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas, had some trouble accelerating because the engine sounded close to giving out, driver side door wouldn't close completely causing me to worry it could come open not to mention thr roaring sound of wind on the highway in my ear the whole way. I feel this was an awful experience and I am really unhappy with the cost considering. I've rented u hauls several times before and this was by far the worst. I really think I should have gotten a discount for all this . Shame in uhaul for this.
SHARON CSaundra went above and beyond to help us when we returned the truck. Our guys were under a time constraint and the weather was terrible. Saundra agreed to have the truck cleaned out and the contents disposed for us (for a reasonable fee) that helped them be able to get to the airport on time.
RYAN LThe pick-up took a very long time. No one wanted to help us to begin with, then we got someone that did not know how to do it and was being trained. We were on a tight schedule and this was not acceptable. The dolly in the truck was broken.
