The whole process was convoluted and time consuming. We ordered the trailer from one location, providing all the pertinent info on line. When we arrived, we were sent to this location where tree we had to supply the same information again AS WELL AS a third party who could vouch for our character!!! We were then told we had to go BACK to the original location to purchase the necessary electrical adapter. Very dissatisfied with the entire process.
