Trailer pickup site was changed and I drove to original site and sent across town to trailer site located a few miles outside city limits. I was not notified of change and was upset with situation.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe employee working there was just a gas station worker and had no idea how to properly hook up the equipment to my vehicle but it’s not his fault it’s his boss fault for not properly training him
diego gFriendly and helpful.
Thomas AKidn of confusing location. Didn't check in the Uhaul till the day after I dropped it. And still charged me for the gas despite making sure the gas was at the necessary limit. Literally put gas at the location.
ANGELICA SI asked for a furniture dolly. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told that they simply did not have a dolly. I would have to go to another location and get one. I managed to make it to the only other location in town that was open, 10 minutes before they closed.
