Jo DWe had a 6x12 trailer reserved at a different facility but we were diverted to this location. This location is a gas station also. When we arrived we had to wait about 20 minutes for an attendant to arrive. He was slow processing our order and when we finally hooked onto the trailer he told us that one tire was low with 20-25 psi. His compressor’s battery was dead so we had to take it to be inflated ourselves (it actually had only 17 psi). I asked about using one of the other trailer instead but he said that would take 20 minutes or so to process and we had to get going.
BRANDY LThe whole process was convoluted and time consuming. We ordered the trailer from one location, providing all the pertinent info on line. When we arrived, we were sent to this location where tree we had to supply the same information again AS WELL AS a third party who could vouch for our character!!! We were then told we had to go BACK to the original location to purchase the necessary electrical adapter. Very dissatisfied with the entire process.
