I turned in my vehicle on Sunday, 11 April using online return since the location was not yet open. As of today, 12 April at 9:00, I'm still waiting for the final receipt which was promised for yesterday. The u haul had a half of tank of gas only and the rep there saus ut has a half of tank but marked the line as over a half a tank and since I did online check in I didn't nirice it. When I returned the truck at my destination i made sure it had the same amount if gas in but was charged fir that and cleaning. The vehicle was just as clean as it was when I picked it up. It was dusty inside but I didn't have an issue with it. I am reporting the drop off location charges as fraud if they are not removed. Really? You're xgarging me for gas I didn't use and to clean a vehicle that was just as clean as when I picked it up? That would be fraud and that would be no.Ronald Z.

Pickup and return went very smooth. I checked in on line before arrival which made check-in go really fast. Best U-haul rental experience that I have had in the past thirty years.Steven S.
The reservation quoted me $20 and my in person contract charged my approximately $40.JASON L G.
They did not have the equipment which was reserved and confirmed through the 1-800-gouhaul line. They did give me a discounted price for the rental of a smaller unit than reserved. When I returned the trailer no one came out to the return equipment area. After waiting for some time I went inside and saw one of the two employees not doing anything. He asked if I was returning and asked me to meet him out back where he guided me to back up the trailer. I rent trailers a lot from u-haul and this is the serving problem I have had after making my reservation online.JASON F.

The truck I rented broke down and road side assistance had to take the vehicle. It took roadside assistance 3 hours to come to the conclusion that vehicle was unsafe to drive. A module on the braking system failed, setting of an ear-piercing alarm. By the time another vehicle could be provided, (late in the evening) we had already finished moving the remainder of my furniture using my pickup and my son's pickup. I was livid. I asked for a partial refund, but was told I might have to pay for the additional days since the truck was not retuned within the 24 hour period. I just about went through the ceiling. The truck was in my possession for about 7 hours and I only drove the truck 30 miles. I had $196 charged to my VISA card. I would appreciate at least a partial refund. I have used UHAUL before and will probably use them again. However, that day and the following treatment was a debacle.RAYMOND S.
