The employee who took my initial request was very friendly and profesional. But the employee when i returned the equipment had a bitter attitude. No friendly just directing us how he wanted the equipment rental being returned otherwise a fine will be placed extra. We understood it. Then he REQUESTED we positioned the trailer back to spot he assigned but too much maniuver that I had to stop at the fairest assigned area because afraid to damage equipment with our pick up truck and an extra fine could be attached to my bill. Not friendly manners. Will try to rent in another location.

Nothing. Have rented 2 trucks in last 2-3 weeks from Efrain. He always works to get you what you want, when you want it. The whole staff is very customer oriented.

I feel like the representative should accompany the customer outside to check the vehicle, not say check these things and then come back in and report. Poor customer service. Also I only used the van for 2.5 hours plus 40 miles. I think there should be a better rate if not keeping it for full 24 hours.

Don't lie and say you have tow dolly and make customer waste gas and time when you arrive they have one but have told you all for two WKS it's fender is missing then send them to another location without any compensation or sorry at least. I will not use your services again as long as bad service is what I got.

Hardware on backdoor was badly rested and was hard to open. I lubricated the handle and hinges and it worked better.

I dont understand why the customer is paying over 1 dollar per mile -plus the truck rental fee- plus filling up the gas. If you are going to charge over 1 dollar a mile, then the truck fee has to go or dont have customer fill gas tank. I had truck for in town for only hours of useage and it was almost a hundred dollars. I will have to consider going elsewhere without all the xtra "fees".

Efrain was great, very personable and worked with me to get the best deal for my situation. When I returned the truck, both Pat and Efrain were very personable and welcoming.

On 9/22/18 at 10:30am, I was charged for the customer in front of me ($149.50) as well as my rental charge($74). The $149.50 was left pending on my account for 3 days. After speaking with the GM (Efirn), he notified me the charge had been refunded that it would be up to my bank to release the funds. Knowing that banks are closed Saturday Sunday, this provided no solution to $149.50 missing from my account from Saturday-Monday. While dealing with the many frustrations of moving, I also was now short in my account $149! I let GM Efirn know that I wanted a solution when I returned at 5pm. Once I returned, I was notified that he had left for the day. I requested that he give me a call. I still have not heard back.

Called the 800 number to request an additional day. Was told the message would be sent to pick up location. Not done. Person from pick up location called, corrected the problem. Advise: Call the number associated with your pick up location. Better service.

Excellent service as usual, truck was impeccable and it was ready in no time (taking in count we arrive 15 minutes early), this time we want to thank Patrick, who took care of the truck return. We were exhausted after the moving and nearly dehydrated, he offer us water and to wait inside the office while he checked the truck. He was polite,fast and very professional; again we want to thank UHaul Naco-Perrin Team and specially Sandi and Patrick for a First Class service.

All of the staff, not only did a great jobs with all the customers, but it was clear that they had great communication between themselves. It is great to see busy people interact respectfully with each other. I wish my coworkers were half as professional. Thank you.
