I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this U-Haul location. First, the parking lot layout is extremely inconvenient and difficult to navigate when driving a U-Haul truck. The driving space is very narrow, making it challenging to maneuver the vehicle safely out of the parking lot. Additionally, there are no clear directional signs to guide customers, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration. This raises concerns about customer safety and the overall accessibility of the facility. Second, the customer service provided by the female representative was very disappointing. She was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful, and her attitude made the experience even more frustrating. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Finally, the overall appearance and organization of the facility were concerning. The location looked more like a swap meet than a professional U-Haul rental facility, with clothing, handbags, and various miscellaneous merchandise unrelated to U-Haul products taking up space. This made the facility appear cluttered and poorly organized. Overall, this experience fell well below my expectations for U-Haul. I hope management will take these concerns seriously, improve the parking lot layout and directional signage, address the customer service issues, and ensure the facility maintains a professional and organized environment.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI rented a truck from them and was charged for something that was already in the truck and the lady that help me said oh well that’s your fault that you didn’t tell me that is was in there. When she didn’t inspect the truck before allowing me to drive off. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Everything is always about a dollar bill.
