Darwin AI was not properly prepared for the rental experience I would be having at this location. The business was not open to the public yet and had no human attendant available. It seemed like a random sketchy building in the middle of San Bernardino. There was no correspondence indicating that I had to use the app to get access to the rental. The worst part was that when I finally figured out how to get my key, the truck had 0 miles left on the tank. I didn't think I was going to make it to the gas station. When it came to returning it, I came around 9pm and the area was poorly lit and the lockbox that was supposedly there was no where to be found. Finally, it was frustrating that I got the truck with the gas tank empty because it was difficult to return it empty, so UHaul got free fuel from me. I feel like I should be reimbursed.
Edward HWhen I picked up, the truck had almost no gas so I had to fill it up in order to move it to my next destination.
