Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat experience. We just had one situation that was stressful and frustrating but it had nothing to do with the location. Uhaul customer service called about getting the truck back to the location for a truck swap due to the truck needing an oil change. We made every effort to get the truck back. We were using the truck for our bread delivery business and we carry product and large trays with us on a consistent basis. So we had to end our day earlier than normal due to the closing time of the local location and we went to empty everything out of the truck. Then as we're on the way, we called the Uhaul Customer Service and the person we spoke with said not to worry about it since it was close to closing time for the local location. To make things more frustrating customer service guy said, "Oh we can wait til you return the truck for the oil change." So we added extra miles that didn't need to be added. We were frustrated with the situation. Overall the truck was great. The app was very helpful especially when the evening pickup access.
