Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe office was closed an hour before the posted closing time, but instructions posted on the building were clear on what to do when bringing back the UHaul after hours. I saw no one. The app was helpful as well having me take photos after drop off.
Kimberly MTotal experience from start of rental to return of rental was great and easy going. The U Haul Associate/Or Rep managing the store , name Topher was very Courteous & Professional . Thank you Topher for the Assistance in my rental of UHaul Van. I will be renting again for my Move next week. Respectfully,
maria hThey didn't have any dollies left in stock to rent, although I had reserved one. That didn't end up causing difficulties for me, but it would have been nice to know in advance. I would rate AutoMoto a 10/10. Great customer service.
Jasmine CThey were super helpful and kind. I was frustrated though that I was sent to a far. Drop off. It added 11 miles when there were several near me within 3 miles.
