Corey Frazier provided a horrible customer experience. His customer service was extremely unprofessional, needlessly combative, and outright rude. I witnessed him treating another customer poorly and experienced the same attitude myself, both over the phone and in person. What should have been a simple interaction turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way.

scott jI haven’t even picked up the vehicle yet!!! I checked in online and went late to location for pickup they simply said it was cancelled no intimation through calls or emails. I spoke to them if they can substitute with other vehicle but nothing worked.
