Service was outstanding at pickup and dropoff, however, front entrance was dangerous and van rented was not clean in back. Screws were in back of van. But most importantly, I stepped off side of ramp at front door of office and hurt my leg and back when following service guy out front door. There is a makeshift ramp with no side rails that bridges a drop off at the door.

I rented the uhaul on Saturday and returned it Sunday and was charged $160 for an extra 4 days when I had it for 1 day.

The cab of the truck was dirty, dirty windows, no windshield washer fluid, a/c was not working on 97 degree day, food debris on the floor, sticky steering wheel. Truck cab was nasty and stunk.

They were very accommodating and helpful. U-Haul reservations had me dropping off the trick to a location that wasn’t convenient and this location was closer.

I tried returning at night, normally ok at this location. I have rented from them 10 times. There is some new check in online thing. I opened links, got the code, typed it in and it took my to their site with no links to check in trailer. I figured inserting the access code from uhaul was the process as there is no literature with instruction. I also got there to find my online reservation was not available. I basically didn’t care about any of this issues until they hit me with an extra charge. I have text messages with times and dates. I tried to check it in and without knowing uhaul’s system was bad, i thought i had completed the process. Anyways if asked if I’d recommend them i would, however the new process is not working. Until it is, I’d suggest waving the extra charges.

I tried calling to let them know I was running late, and it went to Fax. When I arrived, people were pleasant, trailer was located on another lot 2 blocks away. No one was there. I called for help, after 15 minutes, I hooked-up the Auto Hauler myself.

Bigger parking lot to have a place for all the truck inventory(they had to get mine from Trader Joe’s which took an extra 15 min).

I didn't think I was going to be over charged. I called and was wondering if they were going to charge me if I kept the truck until the next day and they said it was fine. They didn't mention that I would be charge for additional days.
