We didn’t deal with any personnel. The place was 15 miles off the main roads, causing us to go over mileage. When we arrived, there was a small sign on the road but no direction after that. There was a direct road that lead to a gate with no way to turn around. The lot for the return was a grassy area with no lights whatsoever. There was a key return box we found because of the app - it could not be seen otherwise because it was near the dense trees and very dark. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe turn in was not clear and we could not get answers about what was going on. I called the number and the guy hung up on me. Went over and spoke to my husband because we couldn't find anyone there and he told us that he was about to leave and "would check in the vehicle tomorrow".
Rachel CA bit remote off the main highways. Helpful staff.
RobertV SVery easy drop off and wide enough area to turn around with a trailer and enough space to move the trailer once unhooked.
REBECCA GThe lady representative was fast and efficient.
