It was my first time renting through the app. There was a kind representative at the location who helped me through all the difficulties I was experiencing. The representative name is Karen. Karen's rprofessionalism was outstanding, also very knowledgeable of product's and navigating the app. Karen also showed patience and kindness through the whole process start to finish. I will be a returning customer.
