the drop off location charged us an extra day even though we dropped off the van within predetermined parameters (30 min late) and before the location was officially open. when I called to wright the wrong, I was given an arrogant behavior and no apology at all, even though I did get my money back hence why I say "the personnel was helpful." But they were also rude.

CAROLYN MWhen we arrived Saturday evening to drop off the trailer, the circle driveway was full of returns. We had to back the trailer out of the parking lot onto the main street to go the opposite way through the circle. The was not enough room to back the trailer into the spots in front of the other trailers. We wound up parking the trailer cross wise taking up three parking spaces that were designated for the shops in the little strip mall. Plus the lighting for the parking lot was poor.
