Make sure the store hours and after hours availability is updated. I chose this location because it was open on Sundays and I needed to return it Sunday, but they were closed so I had to wait until Monday and it cost me an extra day. The website also said I could do after hours drop off,but that isn't actually available.

EDITH MDo not cheat gasoline amount; list amount accurately. Provide dolly when paid for in reservation. Clean broken glass from back of truck before renting again.
ROGER EThere was no key drop. After wandering around the building for 10 minutes we found a window that was open a crack and put the key through the window. Left a voicemail for the location so they would know where to look for the key. It was very frustrating.
