Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI booked it as 24/7 location but there is no one when I went there and the customer service also didnt help at all. U haul should just throw away the app. It didnt work most of the time. I had to do the pick up and drop off at least 3 times before it worked.

QI BAbsolutely horrible customer service. I had a truck booked for 9:30 AM with mobile pickup. When I arrived, the store hadn't assigned the key, making the mobile pickup completely useless. The owner showed up around 10 AM but showed zero urgency or willingness to resolve the situation—his only contribution was pointing out that the truck "may have gone" since he could see it wasn't there. After we had to request a different truck, it wasn't available until 11 AM—a full 90 minutes past my scheduled pickup. By then, I had only 2 hours left on my moving elevator booking, turning what should have been a straightforward move into a stressful scramble. Throughout this entire ordeal, not a single apology was offered, nor any real effort to help. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone, moving day or otherwise.
TANVIR AWasted almost 30mins to grab keys. The instruction was to check the specified key compartment but the key was actually inside the truck and was locked with a number lock padlock rear part of the truck.
