Had to wait in line for an hour at the checkout counter to pick up the truck. There was a long lineup (over 10 people) before the store was opened and there was only 1 service rep at the checkout counter. Eventually, after 30 minutes while the first person was still being served, a second service rep arrived, Everyone in line after the first person seemed to have a reservation. Perhaps the location was short-staffed on that day. After checking out at the counter, the process was smoothed when retrieving and returning the truck.

rented a trailer and the guy hooking it up did not do a good job this time because it made a lot of noise as I pulled out. had to pull over tighten the receiver about 3 full turns.

The store opens at 9am on a Sunday & we arrived shortly before that to discover approximately 8 people in line. Originally only one staff member was serving customers which is unacceptable. Despite reserving the trailer online we didn't exit the store to hook up the trailer until 1023am. I will never rent anything from that location again nor will I recommend that location to anyone.

The trailer we received was not the size I ordered. I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to straighten things out. I was not impressed with your ordering process or your telephone reps. When a size trailer is ordered. That's what we should be getting. We ended up going to the warden location to get direct service as Every time I talked to a rep they were in the US and not familiar with the Toronto area.

The cargo van I was assigned was parked a long way at the back of the facility, appears to not have been used in a long time, 2 bags of garbage in the back, the seats were dirty and the gas tank was empty. I had to get one of the attendants to remove the garbage bags and vacuum out the dirt.

Location opened late, the was helpful, but looks like he doesn’t know the job, I returned the equipment I rented same day, then I got a call the next day and the. following day again, if I returned the equipment, bottom line problem is COMMUNICATION

I’m sure nobody reads this but you guys are horrible , U-Haul is a shit show. Quick to take down credit card Info and can’t even hold up on their plans for client which were promised over the phone. Hope Uber does what they’ve done to taxis to this company one day

Poor customer service at least the cashier that look after me She did not have patience to answers my questions and answers were very robotic like She said your van it’s outside at the front I spent 5 minutes looking for the numbers I was going back in when I meet this gentleman and he said I will look for your rental just sit here He went at the back of the store and bought the rental He did give a good customer service Needs a big review of customer policy’s with your employees Nope I would not recommend this location to my friends

I booked an order online to be picked up on Sept. 15th at 10am, when I got there at 10am to get my truck there was a line of about 10-12 people ahead of me and only 1 staff working. Now keep in mind if I had needed this truck to move from a Condo and only had a time frame to book my elevator and could not pick up my truck at the schedule time I would have had a problem. Then about an hour later there was a 2nd person that came on, that still did not help as people were coming in and when they saw the line up walked out, which you just lost business. My suggestion would be that you have more than 1 person working on weekends and one designated for reserved orders and the others for walk ins. When it came time to return the truck and confirm my payment, there was still a line up and I was told I had to wait to confirm my payment for the truck, I told them I was not waiting in this line up to pay. My experience was not the greatest and you should also make improvements to make the line move faster, as mentioned if I was waiting for a truck to move I would not have had enough time to move due to elevator timing.

EXTREMELY SLOW. There were only 2 guys manning the counter. They did their best but it is the owners/managers job to ensure that staffing is sufficient. We were in line for OVER 30 minutes. This is the closest branch to us and out of the 3 times we've needed to go to the counter here, there has NEVER been a time when we did not need to wait that long.

Apparently 2 U-Haul front desk workers quit that day. Took an hour and a half to rent a truck. Absolute mayhem. Terrible service. Almost want to start a competing service. Pay more for better service.

2 hours wait with online reservation in store. 2 cashiers on cash couldn't do mobile puck up. Enterprise car rental has vans to rent will be going there from now on The level of incompetence is unacceptable. Your company is sad and dated. You need a major overhaul of your practices.

The actual mileage on the van was more than the one mentioned on the paperwork provided to me. The same situation was with the gas, which was actually lower than what the paperwork was showing.

My vehicle was not ready for me and had to be postponed to the next day. The customer service agent on the phone was rude and hung up me. But the Warden location was great.

20+ vans outside, in front or side of the building, all parked so that you have to jump on flower beds or retaining walls to see the id #. 20+ min spent trying to find the assigned van, jumping on flower beds and retaining walls, had to ask an attendant that found it behind the building, being serviced. It was a reservation so why is so difficult to have the van ready to go, and in an accessible location in front of the building?

have the equipment available that you say is available at the time of booking not make me have to show up and not have what I've booked. Also, don't sneak in extra fee's and when i tell you to remove them actually remove them. Or when you tell me that you're going to refund it to my card actually do it! I've called the store numerous times to get my refund and still no answer and no call backs!

Your agents were polite and professional. The only issue was that I was not able to change my drop off location when I went to drop off location the first time. I called your customer service and they informed me I had to return during working hours or pay a wrong location drop off fee. This required me to make a second trip to the Scarborough location.
