This location was perfect!!! U-Haul as a company could use some work. If my reservation is transferred to another location some type of notification would be nice. I'm curious how U-Haul will compensate me for the inconvenience?

Mr Terry, very easy to work with. He was thoughtful and understanding and even came back after he had closed to accommodate us.
Sharon RThere was no truck at the location for us. We were told we’d have to drive 50 miles to Little Rock for a truck. We went to another Searcy AR location and a sweet lady there was able to work out giving us a truck. We had reserved a utility dolly hand truck, but no locations in Searcy or Little Rock had any. Later at our destination city, I tried to call and get a hand truck, but automation said I would be on hold 25 minutes.
David AThe manager was super helpful and knowledgeable about the process. I was in and out in no time. If I ever have a need I'll be using this location again.
Michael TLocation was not open the hours posted on the website. There was no one available to help with returning the truck. The internet website did not work at this location. Returned truck to their desired location and was charged for additional miles which I was told would not happen.
