The van was very dirty, inside and out. The driver's side door lock was loose making it hard to use. The van had a weird feel to it. Felt a little too flexible when not loaded. We were given $25 off for the dirty part but were charged for three days for a time we are usually charged for two-Friday noon until after close Sunday.

Put sign out on the side walk
CAROL PI placed my booking with a utility dolly and a couple furniture Dollies. The truck didn’t have any. And moving blankets were left thrown all over the box inside

RALPH FClean out the trucks and vans better. I rented a U-Haul van and the back was not clean. It should be swept out and sanitized. The Shelton, CT location is convenient if you are in the Valley, but they really need a better location. They are currently on a busy street and the trucks are down the hill in a lot full of trash that is scattered everywhere. It doesn't give me a safe feeling when I pick up my vehicle.
