Long wait at counter to check in. Truck was full of bugs on outside and windshield was dirty. I requested 12 moving blankets and they only had 9. When I started the truck the engine light was on. I was driving out of state and did.t fell comfortable with the engine light on. They set up an exchange with the other Sioux Falls location but a bigger truck. I drove it to the 11th street location for the exchange, and the manager over there ran a diagnostic check and fixed the minor problem.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI rented a 26 fr truck using the app to check out. The app would not accept the pictures of the truck , even with the correct phone settings. When I went to leave , the truck would not stay running. The agent was very helpful and found us a 15 ft truck that we made work out .
Mark CThe experience over all was very good , but we used the app to pick up the truck and that was very confusing. I didn’t realize I would have to re-enter the addresses and upload photos before getting the code for the keys.
