ATAK YThe "Traffic Department" was the only let down I experienced. They failed to arrange the trailer I reserved, if not for the local people working behind the counter calling around Sioux Falls my trip would have been a complete bust because the transportation department failed me.

Joseph MI would only recommend this location due to toe the staff members being very kind, not for their equipment. I was told I could rent a dolly as I was transporting a new kitchen stove, but they didn’t have one. Luckily, the appliance store where I picked up stove loaned theirs to me. The trailer itself was mechanically ok, but ratty looking. Also I gave staff a closer U-haul location (store # and address) but U-haul email received assigned drop off location further from my home.
