I rented a 26 fr truck using the app to check out. The app would not accept the pictures of the truck , even with the correct phone settings. When I went to leave , the truck would not stay running. The agent was very helpful and found us a 15 ft truck that we made work out .

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe experience over all was very good , but we used the app to pick up the truck and that was very confusing. I didn’t realize I would have to re-enter the addresses and upload photos before getting the code for the keys.
Laura FMight have been the meanest customer service person I have ever encountered. Unhelpful and rude, as though she resented having a customer interrupt her day.
SUSAN SI had one less furniture pad than anticipated, but overall the location and staff were friendly.
Molly PNothing, I just dropped it off after hours which was probably better because it is in a busy parking lot
