BRENDAN AI reserved a 10ft truck online. Got called about half and hour to 45 minutes later saying they don't have that at the close auto location right near me. They gave me price of a bigger truck for the price of the smaller truck. But come to find when going to get it...it was a half an hour away from me. So then I had to pay A LOT for those miles in going there and back with my own vehicle (gas & miles) and then with the rental also. And I was only moving 4 pieces of furniture from a storage to my apartment. Which was only maybe up to 10 miles. And when moving them...I saw where I had reserved the 10 ft truck right near me....there were 3 sitting there not being used. I feel like I was screwed in this. And of course they didn't want to do anything for me to help me out with the situation. Very disappointing! So I got charged around $70 for this. When it wouldn't have costed me that much to begin with.
APRIL PWe were ask to take a car hauler to this location. When we got to this location, owner told us he was NOT authorized to deal with car hauler. After about an hour and phone calls by the owner took the trailer stating he would transport it to another location.
