They had everything ready for us, they also called to confirm the pick up time and date. Doing that gave me a piece of mind of knowing they had organized it for us. It was easy to pick up, and they gave us all the information in advance as to what we needed for towing the trailer, and that was very helpful. They were both very polite and professional.
