I waited in line for 2 hours for the world's slowest employees. Then a week later I got a bill overcharging me by $300 claiming I had the truck I returned in 5 hours for an extra week! Incompetent criminals!!!MASON MAURICE B.
Employees at location were great but the truck was dirty and had a broken side view mirror. And your â€œreservationâ€ system is awful. I called your â€œreservationâ€ line 3 times on the day before pickup to make sure my truck was going to be available at the location, and it wasn't. This is my second and last time having this issue with uhaul. I had to Uber to a different location, causing my moving schedule to fall behind by an hour, and wasting $60 of my own money to Uber to different locations. What is the point of â€œreservingâ€ a truck when your company is completely incapable of accomodating. Incredibly frustrating and frankly unacceptable.Matthew G.
Did not leave a key for off-hours pickup so I had to pick up my truck two hours late, costing moving me an additional $225 in moving laborJAMESP C.
We scheduled our pick-up for 9am and despite arriving on time there was already a line backed up out of the door. With about a dozen people in front of us, many minutes were passing without the line moving at all. We quickly became aware that there was only ONE employee checking people in and bringing them to their vehicles, while an entire line waited. it took us 50 minutes to get to the counter and receive our keys. Though under a ton of pressure, the employee was very kind to us and we could tell he was doing his best with NO help in sight. We lost nearly an hour of our reservation time because of this locations lack of staffing.Jillian D.
The associates were extremely friendly, which was the only reason it didn't get one star. But my van had low air in the tire and I waited an hour and a half in line to get my van. My reservation was for 10, I got there at 9:40 and didn't leave with my van until after 11. And it cut into my reservation time, which is absolutely ridiculous.Christine C.

I rented a van for 4 hours and drove it a total of 9 miles. I returned it with a full tank of gas in perfect condition. My Amex was hit with a $329 dollar charge! There was a charge for CDW charges for $160 and other fees that made not sense. This is robbery! I am on the phone now trying to talk to someone about this and I have been on hold for 15 minutes. The Uhaul we rent was not in a full functional state. We had a very bad experience. The parking brake releasing button was not in its designed position. It took us 3hrs to figure out. We called the roadside assistance, we went to the store. All did not work out. It is a bad day for us.Ni S.
7clean the vehicles better. There was a constant foul odor inside the vehicle that was nauseating. It smell like dog poo. Unfortunately i was on a schedule and coulsnt go bacl to return vehicle. The guy behind the desk was rude - wouldn't even talk to me just kind of grunted and pointed to try to answer my question. The truck was full of debris and old trash. They didn't have the furniture cloths I'd reserved, had to wait for them. The truck itself was all beat up and scratched but not reflected in the pre-rental photos on the site. The page wouldn't load to contest the photos. They double-charged me for the furniture cloths I rented and no one will pick up the phone to resolve it. At least the truck was there and worked. What a hassle though.Matthew H.
