The U-Haul app is a very frustrating experience, combined with the fact that it is impossible to get a human on the phone. I wanted to extend the rental and the phone line told me I could do this on the app, but there was no way to do this. This is a problem with U-Haul central's policies, not this specific location.richard C.

My 10' truck wasn't available. The uhaul staff upgraded it to a 15' truck, which was good customer service but it was way too big for my driveway. I would recommend but should have my truck be ready the next time.Courtney D.

Driver side door would not close properly without slamming it. Truck in inspection photos was not truck rented. Could not adjust mirrors for safe driving on roads. Location seems understaffed, long line in morning. Employee that rented vehicle to me was returning in his own car at drop-off (presumably after lunch break) and the car smelled like marijuana. Other employee that I spoke with at drop-off gave instructions that differ from app. Not enough room in return lanes to return vehicles. I have a general complaint about u-haul. I dropped off my rental equipment after hours and had to use the online system. The fuel level for the truck was not correctly recorded when I received the truck, so I went online and corrected it and uploaded pictures. When I drop off the truck, the beginning fuel level for uhaul was not corrected and the system used the wrong fuel level. Although I returned the truck at the fuel level that I received it, I got charged for fuel by the system. This added an additional stress to my day. I hope uhaul could improve its policies and website to make the move less stressful for its clients.Ozgur O.

The after hours check out process was completely a disaster in my option. The app makes you take pictures of the inside of the truck, the mileage and back of the truck. It was late and dark when I returned it and not an easy this to do. Not to mention, that is what U-HAUL should be doing before they rent the equipment out again. Also the inside is the truck wasn't clean, there were bottle caps on the floor. I won't ever be using U-HAUL ever again.Esther H.

The trucks need to be serviced more often. The 1st thing I noticed was the check engine light I walked back in I was told it only needed a oil change which I found out, that was not the case because the truck cut off on me 2 times at the light.SHAWN G.
Overall, there were nice folks doing the best they could. Unfortunately, they sent me on the road with a truck that they knew had windshield wiper issues that they did not adequately address before letting me drive away in it. This resulted in me driving down the freeway in the rain as the windshield wiper failed to work. Visibility was minimal at best. I was able to make my way carefully 2 miles to the next exit to a gas station, where I realized the problem was a loose bolt. Luckily, I found a hardware store a mile down the road, bought the appropriate slip joint pliers, and was able to fix the problem on my own. Ultimately, nothing bad came of it, which I am very thankful for. I think if the situation was any different (raining even a little harder, if I was not as confident of a driver, if I had been on a stretch of highway without an exit for more miles, no hardware store, etc.), I do think something very bad could have happened. I wish they would have paid more attention the truck that they already knew had windshield wiper issues, appropriately fixed it, or given me another vehicle. The danger posed was to me and my partner was unnecessary.JOSEPH Z.
