The trucks should have their windshields cleaned both inside and out. Many times they are just left the way the last user left them. As soon as any humidity hits them the fog up and need to be cleaned.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI'm sick and tired of investing and spending so much money with you people and not getting a return in service a discount or anything I rent several U-Hauls a year and I get nothing in return no discounts to my email poor service where I'm overcharged and they tell me to get and in town truck instead of letting me know if I bring it to another location it's cheaper at a flat rate price I'm sick and tired of it this is ridiculous I'm tired of dealing with you people you need to learn how to constantly say your customers especially the ones that return to you almost 7 to 8 times a week this is ridiculous
RADAMES RAll good
linda rU-Haul was scheduled for pick up at 11:15, when I went there the person that was suppose to be there was not available. I had to wait until he got there.
andre mLocation was closed. The office is a dilapidated shack. Two phone numbers listed on the shack. One did not work. Reached someone on the second number who said they were closed, leave the key in the red box.
