There was ice cream or some food item spilled on the passenger side floor. Ordered 2 utility dollie carts and 36 blankets and they were not in the vehicle. Check engine light was also on. Called into the 800 number and they told me not to worry and I can call back if I run into any issues. Not what I want to hear when I'm ready to move a family member 1 000 miles away.
