The trailer was dirty on the outside and we had to wipe off the directions on the hitch. We also got dirty from it when we loaded it up and unload it. The trailer was very close to the building and it was very hard to hook it up. We needed a jack to raise it up so we had to go back in to get one. They wanted a driver's license to borrow it so we had to walk all the way around the building to get the DL to go all the way back in to get the jack. No one helped us hook it up. They were irritated that we pulled around to the side of the building instead of the front so they could take a picture of the hook up. We would have to pull on to the busy street just to get to the front of the building.

Rajendra CNothing! Smooth, pick up and drop off. On both ends, the staff was great, friendly and very knowledgeable truck was clean inside and out.
Randy JVehicle wasn’t where it was booked. U-Haul called and told me I had to go to a different location if I wanted the truck. They wouldn’t even try to fix the situation
