I show up for the rental, he documents 7/8 of a tank when it had 3/4. I drove 20 miles and put 3 gals in the tank to avoid the fuel charge. I believe it had 7/8 when i returned it. He hits me with a 2 gal fuel charge. So for 20 miles, i consumed 5 gals, with half that mileage not loaded. I simply will not use this location again.

It was very fast and efficient.
Eric DI drove the truck 15 miles. Charged me $30 for fuel surcharge. My next rental won’t be a U-Haul
John RMy card was charged twice for my rental…I picked up the rental on Jan 4 and returned it on Jan 5th. The first charge was $122.89 and another charge hit my account for $119.39. I’m not happy and need answers.
