Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was way under the travel mileage and they try to charge me another $125.99 when I already prepaid $179 plus the three extra days that came out to another 90 something and it was the wrong location they changed my pickup they changed my drop off they changed my truck size and told me that they were going to credit back to me made me travel way out of where I was moving to pick this U-Haul up after the morning of the confirmation of where we originally had the pickup and truck size time and everything.
Jaqub GDrop off was difficult because we had a 26 foot truck and there was nowhere to park it. My husband had to move a trailer out of the way to park the truck. No personnel on hand (which was not the problem and understood).
Elizabeth FMake sure there's gas in the vehicle. It should have been at least an eighth of gas in the truck. When I got in the truck is was near empty. I was told to put a forth back in there and the will give me twenty seven dollars back. Then I was charged for two days when I rented it for twenty for hours. Charged for two dollys. I was charged a hundred and thirty dollars for twenty four hours. I've had to call management twice. Still haven't gotten the problem resolved. They over draft my account which leaving me to pay fees. Not happy at all
