I rented a 15" truck and returned it the same day, they in turn tried to charge me for 3 days of usage. When I called them and ask for an explanation the attendant said oh you parked it up by the street where our cameras dont see. That isn't right! Im sure the cameras caught me returning the key in the return the dame night, also we took pictures at return that have the date and time stamp. I dont not mind taking this up with my attorney, these predatory practices that take advantage of people will not be tolerated.

RONALD CI received the truck and it had food and coffee stains all over Inside and the back of the truck had dirt all over the place. Definitely etly wasn't cleaned before I received it.
JAYLEEN BOverall, this location was good the staff who assisted me were nice and helpful in getting things set up for me. The only complaint I'd have is that the inside back of the uhaul smelled of Marijuana very bad, but we were able to spray it out and minimize the smell a bit but luckily we only needed it for a few hours, we weren't able to swap it for another though as it was past the bussiness hours once we opened it to use it. The bottom had some dust on it as well so we had to clean that out. But the smell would really be the only complaint. Again the staff were helpful with getting the uhaul and dropping off.
