Since the website glitched, I could not choose a drop-off point. The person on the phone picked an address that was 20 miles out of my way. I ignored the app and dropped off at this location instead. They only had one employee and a long line. Since I couldn't use the website to complete the drop off, I had to be here for about half an hour.Eric R.

The woman at the counter did a great job getting the rental checked out and cleared upon return. She had both processes done in under 5 minutes. The return of the auto transport went very smoothly. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The following day I returned the truck. Again, the staff (Lisa) was exceptional. She is very sharp and friendly. She allowed me the use of her air hose to fill up my deflated tire. This saved me having to inflate it with my air pump. I really liked her.Christopher M.

I rented a trailer and was told that if i needed another day i could just call. I left and the next day the lady called my brother while i was calling in to the store. She was rude and accusatory. I spoke with her telling her i needed another day...which my cash deposit covered and then some but she insisted that i come pay for it that day. I had 1 hour to get there from 50 miles away during rush hour. I missed her by minutes but fugured the deposit would destress her but no....the next day she was bitching and i returned the trailer just 5 minutes passed closing just to avoid her. Now shes charging my card over and over trying to get 180 dollars on top of the already paid day and the cash deposit. When i rented it i told the guy i had no money on my card...that i pay cash. He said it was just to hold it. When she called my money had deposited but she said she no longer had the number in the system. She continues to ding my card when i have never authorized her to. Ive spent literally thousands of dollars on uhaul equipment and am livid to the service i received Your customer service sucks. I called manny and never recieved a call backLisa M.

Your staff won't wear masks and they allow customers into the store without masks. Zero social distancing. I paid to rent a van from you guys because of all your bullshit about how cleanliness was paramount to uhaul. Just submitted a safe start violation to the wa site. Second time I've rented from you over the last few months and both times it was like this. Plague rats.DANIEL S.
Have some issues with this UHaul location. Start of an 1,800 mile trip, Spokane, WA to Tucson, AZ. I was issued a marginal truck (with over 48k miles - should not really have made a difference if it was in good condition) which should have been kept at her location for local rentals only. It is not suitable for long distance travel...and I believe the woman knew that when she dispatched it to me. There is a 2ft long crack in the windshield which, although it did not interfere with my vision, was not good to stare at during my 4.5 day trip. The tilt steering wheel did not work - would have been nice during a long trip to occasionally adjust the wheel for comfort. Headlights need to be aimed. I had countless oncoming truck drivers flash their brights at me to dim my headlights, and as I passed trucks the drivers would turn their brights on to blind me through my rear view mirrors, sending a not subtle message. After 300 miles the power steering began to fail. All of the fluid had foamed up and pushed out of the reservoir. I had to leave the interstate in Boise, ID to find a UHaul mechanic. A right rear tire showed signs of a "skid mark", "flat spotted" a quarter of the tire and rubbed off enough of the tread to show holes in the bald, thinning tread. Re the contract, the woman who did my paperwork did not indicate on the contract that I had bought Safe Trip. I had Save Move, but also bought Safe Trip as added protection, but it wasn't there. I drove through massive, serious snow storms in Utah and wondered how the tires were holding up. Safe Trip was not on the contract so I had some anxiety that should I slide into a snowbank or have other critical adventures that UHaul would not bail me out. During contract signing the woman sent me a text with a link to review the condition of the equipment before signing. I did not have WIFI so could not access the list of discrepancies. I showed her the crack in the windshield and told her that, what the heck, as long as I already have Safe Move insurance I'll take the truck anyway, trusting that she provided me with an otherwise capable truck to move my household goods to Arizona...my mistake. She said she knew about the crack. I believe she also knew about the steering wheel, headlights, tire, and power steering pump. She could have/should have given me a better truck for an 1,800 mile trip, but I watched her as she stood at the key board and purposely selected that particular one. Nice. Needless to say, I will never trust UHaul to have my back.JAMES M.
