They seemed nice enough, but seemed rushed. First couldn't not find the car trailer that was assigned to me. The just decided to give me a different one ( no big deal). Had to wait for them to change the paperwork. Then I had to wait because the computer he was using couldn't print. Only one computer in the office can print. Come on! Finally after about ten minutes I was asked if they could just email it to me. Why didn't they just say that ten minutes earlier? When I got the car carrier home I notice that that the wiring harness was crushed in one spot (the lights still all worked). Also noticed after I loaded my vehicle on the carrier that one of the carrier tires was extremely low. Took reading and found that it only had 18 lbs pressure . I proceeded to inflate it to the recommended 65 lbs pressure. All other tires were good. Called U-Haul where I picked up to inform them of these issues and was just told â€œsorryâ€ and let the drop off U-Haul place know and let them deal with it. I let the U-Haul dealer in Dover, NH where I dropped off about the issues and that the same tire appeared to be low again. Probably has a slow leak that needs attention. Just think a more thorough inspection should be done before renting out equipment. Otherwise, equipment performed as expected and no other issues.Marc W.

I had an agreement to drop off at this location when I reserved my rental but when I arrived I was rudely informed that I was not dropping it off there. I was told that they were a 3rd party dealer and didnt have to accept the uhauls. I was told to take them 45 minutes away to a different location. After harsh words and treats, I was allower to drop them there. Very poor business.Andrew D.

Inspect your trucks more thoroughly for mechanical issues, especially the high mileage vehicles. I am a vehicle technician and my rental truck had a lot of creeks and vibrations as well as low engine power. I rent regularly and this is only the second time has this happened.Hadi P.
