The pick up in Spring Hill was complicated. We were given a different location and not told about reviewing the instructions for pick up which led to confusion when we could not find the truck and the lock box was not opening.

JAMES HI am not a fan of virtual pick up. Truck had less then 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. Front cab was dirty, steering wheel was sticky and dirty.
STEVEN CTerrible experience. The check and out process is a big waste of time. Then to be told I have to move it and put it in the parking spot backwards after I'm already taking the exit photos is ridiculous. I will never use this storage facilities uhaul ever again. I should have went a quarter mile down the road where I rebred last time. There were live people, no pictures required truck was clean. This has dirt abd soda cans in it. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS PLACE
