(Unrelated to this location). Confirming and managing my reservation was an absolute nightmare. Your ecommerce and remote customer service give comcast a real run for their money in terms of how horrible they are. Do better.

I got to the location where I was initially going to take the 20' truck. It was closed. I should of got a memo that it was not going to happen. I call customer service, they send me to another location, once I get there they end up saying that they dont have the truck I want. Worst experience ever, I did the reservation 2 weeks in advance for nothing. I wont not recommend uhaul to nobody, not even the devil.

It was my first time renting a uhaul and the woman who helped me with everything was so awesome! She made everything so clear, so easy, and answered all my questions needed. She was so pleasant to speak to and she made my experience simple and great!(: I will return back when I complete my move!

Fix your app. I was on time for the drop off, but due to app issues I had to call customer service which made me slightly late. Now you are charging me a late fee. Next time I move I'm seriously considering a different company.

your id process is ridiculous , i have an id and a reservation # why do i need to send a picture of my id prof my phone if i am standing at your counter - stupid

Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The location is difficult to get to. I really hate the process of returning the equipment. I don't want an email of the return. When I walk out of the office I want a piece of paper showing proof that I returned the equipment with out damage and with appropriate gas and mileage confirmed. I don't care that an email comes after that but I don't want to walk away with out proof of the return. I also hate the pick up process! I would like a person who goes over with me the equipment that I'm renting and confirms the marks and condition as well as Odometer reading. AND I would like the equipment to be pulled out of the teeny parking spot by your employee rather than myself. Also when I call up there to ask about the return paperwork that I never got maybe your employee can make a suggestion on what they can do to help rather than me trying to help them figure it out. It's simple customer service. It's not hard. I've been in customer service my entire work career and it's not rocket science. Do what you can to help the customer. Give them the options. And hey while your at it spell their name right. Maybe explain the process a little. This is horrible customer service. I will not be using this Uhaul ever again.

Rebrisha I think that's how you spell her name.. She's usually nice but when I came in the other day, her attitude was pretty off and I think she was on her personal phone having a conversation while talking to me.. I didn't feel acknowledged when I came in..but overall experience was good.

We could not adjust the side rear mirrors, which made changing lanes and backing up the truck very precarious...if not dangerous.

The location was clean and the staff were very pleasant! The problem was there were only a half dozen parking places, and I was told after renting the U-Haul I could not park my car there overnight. Had I known this, I would have chose another location. The unexpected inconvenience of having to find a place to move my car too, and then rely on other people to pick me up and drop me off on a time schedule was just too much for me to ever use that location again.

Need some bathrooms or portable toilets in the back.When you have your furniture on the ground you don't want to pick it up and put back on the truck to go to the front to the bathroom
