They did not secure my equipment to my truck and it fell off the hitch 1 mile down the road. Fire department had to help me get it back on the truck.

Yancey SThe price ended up being much more than the original quoted price for the time used. I don't know if this is an issue with the transparity of cost with the UHaul company in general or if there were local upcharges that are charged by location.
Chris BAgain, had to contact customer service to return the truck because the app would not allow me to return the truck. This app is HORRIBLE.
