Dan P.Lack of communication! Was told truck was due back by 11, if they were closed when I returned I would need to return online and be charged $20. I emailed a rep to return equipment and was told I'd receive a final accounting receipt the following day. I did NOT receive a final receipt until now, 4 days later. The company has tried charging my card for $85 omce and for $65 twice. I don't know why they are trying to charge for another full day rental plus a fee. This isn't fair and there should ALWAYS be communication before charging someones card. You are NOT authorized to charge my card for something that has NOT been communicated.
