Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was unhappy that I was contacted the day prior to the scheduled move date and then told the vehicle I had scheduled was unavailable. This required me to drive an extra half hour trip 2x, and to do it on my own dime, because Springfield was given to me as my only option--and it was a half hour away. This added unnecessary charges to me at the last minute, and I was not contacted until I would have no other recourse for another means for obtaining a vehicle.
Christopher GOnly negative was at drop off it was hard to find somewhere to park
Kimberly SThe back of the truck was muddy and dirty. I had to clean it before I could load my furniture in it. Totally unacceptable not sure how this could have happened if the business is inspecting the trucks after each rent.
Lisa KI do not like pick-up using the app. I'd prefer a real person for pick-up during business hours.
