There was nobody there. I dropped it off on a Monday during the day. So, I cannot speak to this. I did want to report that the digital indicator panel on the truck had just died. I rang the number twice, got them on the second try. Was polite and said to just drop the keys off in the box.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCalled for drop off. Very friendly and accommodating.
jason oOn pickup, there was only a 1/4 tank of fuel. At drop off there was a 3/4 tank of fuel. So, I paid for a 1/2 tank of fuel that I didn't use. That works out to be around $100 canadian. I should get a credit for this on my final bill, which Ididn't. If the truck was full then I would have only paid for what I used.
Noel oI have nothing to add.
