How could this Uhaul outlet improve on their excellent service and genuine kindness to a senior and understanding their limitations! This husband and wife team are terrific in customer service.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation closed earlier than posted. Left trailer in front of business as no other placement possible. Alternate location on Century road rudely refused to accept trailer drop off.
M BThere was nobody there. I dropped it off on a Monday during the day. So, I cannot speak to this. I did want to report that the digital indicator panel on the truck had just died. I rang the number twice, got them on the second try. Was polite and said to just drop the keys off in the box.
Daylen JCalled for drop off. Very friendly and accommodating.
jason oOn pickup, there was only a 1/4 tank of fuel. At drop off there was a 3/4 tank of fuel. So, I paid for a 1/2 tank of fuel that I didn't use. That works out to be around $100 canadian. I should get a credit for this on my final bill, which Ididn't. If the truck was full then I would have only paid for what I used.
