This is a rural location where the UHaul products are adjacent to other rental vehicles, some of which are 18 wheelers, all parking on dirt or grass. I was not given any receipt for turning in the trailer and the proprietor didn't check in my return so that a week later, the originating location was looking for the trailer.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere were no personnel to help. It was a field with a few trucks/trailers. Do you realize how heavy a 6x12 uhaul is to unhook and take off of the hitch by yourself? And then you just want me to leave it in this big field? Amd take the photos myself? It was totally unprofessional. 0/10 will never use this location again.
Cyanne CKey was not in pick up location. U-haul bed was left open and full of pollen. U-haul fuel was left on empty.
Kyra AI was very well taken care of! I would use this location again if the need were to arise.
Heather YI had originally reserved a trailer a week or more in advance at the main UHaul location in Statesville. You website indicated they had the trailer I wanted. One day before our trip I received a call that informed me they did NOT have a trailer and they provided me with another location. On arrival there - THERE WAS NO UHAUL ! We called the number and they informed us they had moved down the street months ago but Uhaul never updated their address. On arrival the first trailer we tried - the safety chains would not fit on my car. I've towed many trailers and never had an issue with safety chains. We finally found another one with cables and larger hooks. The staff was helpful hooking up trailer. Location was a bit tight and difficult to navigate / turn around with trailer.
