Train Your employees. It took two hours to complete the Transaction, the truck was full of Dog hair and Caused my allergies to be attacked the entire 600 mile trip. Also I had to clean the Melted Chocolate Out of the seat after I sat in it. The night before it was like pulling teeth to get Candy, your customer service manager to help me. First she says the Cullman location was the only one with the truck I requested, that was a flat out lie, two other locations closer to me had the truck. Then she argued with how long it takes to get to the Cullman location and did all but accuse me of lying. I asked for a discount because I had been put behind a day when the place I was supposed to pick up from on Saturday was not open. I am very disgusted with the lack of care and customer service that I received. Candy told me that Uhaul takes $1,000 out of her paycheck if she gives a discount. Due to the incompetence that was displayed by your company I had to cancel both moving crews and was unable to re schedule them for Sunday. My girlfriend and I had to do all of the moving ourselves. So on top of costing me the $250 cancellation fee I also had to Load and drive your nasty dirty truck myself and did not sleep for a period of 52 hours... then I had to push the start date at my new job by one day so I will not be done with training and earning my full potential by Oct 1st. That cost me approximately $5k-$7k in commissions because I will be on Minimum wage until November 1st now. So, in conclusion, my experience with U-Haul was the absolute worst. I have never felt so unappreciated and disrespected in my life. So U-Haul, I hope you stub your toe, realize you are out of toilet paper to late and the hot water goes out at the same time. Oh, and your Moms a Ho!
While I had completed most of the application on line, it still took almost 30 minutes to get the truck and leave. The truck was not full. It was barely over 3/4 full. The lady said it wouldn't be charged to me. I returned the truck almost 45 minutes early. It took almost an hour to finish and leave. Why? Because I was initially charged for extra gas. I handed the key to the lady. She gave it back and said I needed to move it around back. She couldn't because she was the only one there. Then she stopped taking care of me and rang up other customers. Not once. Not twice but at least 8 times. My time is important. I am VERY much NOT happy or satisfied.

I had to pay 60 dollars in cash for a trailer that was 27dollars and they said that I would get that 32 dollars back when i returned the trail but im yet to see my deposit back . I would not use them again
I arrived at the location on time, after I had completed everything online. It took 1.5 hours for the location to figure out their technology and complete the check-in process. This significantly delayed my travels.
The lady that checked me in did not have any idea how to do the process.

Attendant did not explain the video link was to be reviewed on site prior to accepting the rental. One person in the store and was trying to keep all customer serviced while completing the paperwork for the rental. Rental was not at the requested location and I was redirected to travel nearly 45 miles away and there was an additional charge which was not explained.
This location refused to rent a u-haul to me. I visited this location twice in person but was not able to rent. The attendant said she was waiting on a person to call back with a credit card to reserve both 20 and 26 trucks. I can back she said the trucks were reserved. I went home and reserved the same 20ft truck at the same location on line through u-hauls phone app. Thanks for your phone app discriminators can not cost a company like u-haul customers. I am a 54 y/o African American
The employee had no idea what they were doing. I had to literally take the iPad from her and do it myself. She needs to be trained. It should not take 45 mins to pick up a uhaul I reserved online.
I was not told i would be paying $109 for â€œsafe move.â€ This was added to my reservation without my consent.
Wasnt very good with processing the order or paperwork an i was overcharged the receipt said 241.65 but they charged my account 300 an said that was for a deposit after the fact she printed my receipt out an. No one seems to know where my 100 deposit went to cause i havent received it back yet
Only had 2 trailers. But they were the size I needed so it worked for me. If you're looking for something other than a 6x12, call ahead to check availability. Friendly and helpful
There internet connectivity was very poor which caused delays in checking it out as well as checking it back in when it was returned. The lady, wait, female employee was cussing every other breath about everything in general while i waited at least 25 minutes waiting for her to get me checked out. They know they have slow internet so just pick up the phone and call the Uhaul number and get on with getting the customer taken care of. In locating the unit I needed I was quoted prices anywhere from $39.95 a day to $81 a day for the exact same size unit. When I asked how it could be $81 i was told that it must be the mileage. It was a 6' x 12' enclosed trailer. I told him I had never been charged for mileage on a trailer. Ended up costing me a total of $39.00 after paying for the $8.00 insurance. So I got the unit for $29.95 for the day. All I can say is Uhaul was all over the board on this rental. I end in saying I don't think your website is working properly either.
They didnt have everything we needed but did have the truck. I was more frustrated with the communication. They changed locations from what I selected and no one communicated that to me. I had to call and figure that help. The person who helped me was helpful though.

Cashier didn't even know they were affiliated with Uhaul. I was double charged for an extra day rental and was told to take it up with uhaul. Therefore if this cannot be straightened out during the next business day, our attorney will then be involved.
Attendant failed to notify client about additional charges for not re-filling gas. I used only one gallon and I am being charged $42.05 for that gallon. I am in touch w/ Customer Service to review this charge.
