Our original location on Gasden Hwy in Trussville, AL rented our truck to a walk in and then we were transferred to a place that wasn't open so no keys for the truck! That was mystic card on Springfield rd in Clay/pinson, AL. The place in Steele, AL was 40 min from where we needed the truck. The truck was fine but rental process was slow and they did not have the appliance dolly we had reserved for online.

I needed some assistance with getting the trailer off the hitch. I physically couldn’t do it by myself and the store clerk could barely help either. Luckily a bystander came to the rescue.
Shannon MI have rented from this location twice, very poor phone service. It is frustrating to upload anything to the app. The store is a convenience store, does not carry any U-Haul supplies. The internet connection is so bad that the clerk could not finish our stuff to check us in. I love U-Haul but will not rent from that location again nor recommend that location to anyone.

Virginia CWe had trouble at every turn with this truck . We reserved for Odenville we had to go to steel to get them they said it was canceled! Then I pad krpt going down after we called go U-Haul then ready to swipe card compurter went down told to come back next day she saved it got there the next day and wasn’t saved . Then tried to return truck they said return to Springville not Dadeville or Alex city . But we tried to return it I Tuesday night self check in could not get a operated at go U-Haul called Wednesday morning to get turned it go U-Haul said they had it to go to depot pawn and gun in Alex city we got there and nope had to call again Go U haul finally got it turned in but was charged a xtra $100 for mileage!! Very very difficult and disappointing!!
