Justin G.This location and Linda in particular are wonderful. Your 24 hour app needs some improvement. 1. I verified the unit and location of my rental the night before. Between then and 7:30 the next morning, the parking lot was full with returned units completely blocking my rental in. I contacted support and was told they would assign me a new unit. There is no way the agent could really tell the second unit was not blocked in, it was. I had to wait until the location opened at 9 AM to initiate the rental. Linda tells me she has no way of knowing how many units will be returned as oneway rentals 2. I understood the rental is for 24 hours and originally thought I might get the unit back on site on the evening of the rental. With the late start, I finished up later than anticipated and returned the unit the following morning but within the 24-hour rental period. Linda was aware this would likely happen. The app charged me for two rental periods. I have since been refunded for the second rental period.
