Really pleased with the service, good team there, explained all I needed, attached the trailer quickly and I was on my way. The website led me to believe that six hours would be enough, so I asked for 10. Well, I needed it overnight, but the team gently explained that my trailer was needed by the next renter. Website also said the location opened at 0800 I think, yet they had been there since 0700, which would also have helped. I could have avoided the traffic and been quicker. This is the second time in 3 weeks that I rented a pick up truck the 1st one the interior of the cab was not very clean and the one I just rented the interior was absolute discusting and smelled very bad this will make we reconsider renting from U Hual againENZOM M.

Very disappointed. Called approximately 1.5 hours prior to going to pick-up the rental and was told my rental was ready. When I arrived I was informed that my rental had not been returned and I needed to wait for the unit to be returned. After waiting an hour I was finally able to get a rental of another unit. My unit had NOT been returned, but another unit was available. When completing the rental details, the customer service person indicated that the return was going to be the same day in approximately 2 hours. My reservation was for 48 hour rental. The lack of organization, detail and coordination was very disappointing.CHRISTOPHERM T.
Other than the girl that completely ignored me in the morning and the trailer that smelled like a mechanic shop, and the long lineup to return...the trailer towed great and the gentleman that received the trailer in the yard for me was excellent. Make sure when a customer books equipment that the equipment is indeed available where it is booked. Or offer a discount on the mileage if you need to go to another location which creates extra mileage on the equipment .EDWARD L.

I was informed the day before moving that u haul had double booked the 26ft truck I required & was not too pleased but I was offered a $50 credit with a 20ft instead, although upon arrival the lovely Michelle assisted me & let me know I had a 26ft waiting for me which was a big deal, she was so helpful, personable, friendly & really went out of her way to help me upon returning the truck as well so I really appreciated that. Location sharing didn't work on my phone so i couldn't check it in. Then my phone died but i called a cab first. Went home then drove back to check in the vehicle, with my phone charging and time to get location sharing fixed. Could there be another way to validate return location?Blair V.

2 months anticipation I've reserved a 26â€ truck ended up with a 20â€ and then I had to rent another 15â€ truck because my things didn't fit in a 20â€. They said that no matter if rent with enough time depends of daily demands, so paid 2 trucks just because they didn't honoured my reservation . Sad !!! Ensuring that the equipment customers ordered is available is imperative, particularly for long one way journeys. I booked this quite far in advance so there is no excuse for not having the equipment I requested.Cole B.
